The Morgan Company has handled large t-shirt orders (as many as 500 at a time) for us for years, as well as other promotional items. Recently a t-shirt color combination was printing and didn't look as good an image I had approved earlier. Because of the company's strong vendor relationships, the printer stopped printing, called the Morgan Company, and our outstanding representative (Karen Butler) contacted me immediately to choose a new color combination. Any other company would have just run it as it was, because it had been approved by the customer.
